Das BorgFX micro Heatpipe Kühlerset ist speziell für miniITX Mainboards mit Desktop-Prozessoren und Mobile-Prozessoren entwickelt.
Heatpipes mit unterschiedlichen Formen ermöglichen dabei einen Einbau auf kleinstem Raum. 2 Kühlblöcke kühlen die CPUs und die onboard VGA. Dieses Kühlset ist für Desktop und Mobile CPUs geeignet. Die Kühlleistung ist auf 35W limitiert.
